Role Description
As a Personnel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a broad range of human resources and personnel administration activities to ensure effective workforce management and employee engagement.
You will develop and implement personnel policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational objectives while promoting a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Your role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management support, employee relations, workforce planning, and personnel record administration.
You will work closely with department leaders and employees to address workforce needs, provide guidance on personnel matters, and support the implementation of people-related initiatives.
You will oversee personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.
In addition, you will monitor workforce trends, employee engagement indicators, and organizational needs to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
You will also contribute to the development of employee programs, performance management frameworks, and talent initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
You will support conflict resolution, employee communication efforts, and organizational change initiatives while promoting a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
Furthermore, you will prepare personnel reports, maintain workforce records, and provide insights that support strategic workforce planning and management decisions.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational capability, and a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience.
You will play a key role in supporting workforce effectiveness, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring efficient personnel management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in human resources, business administration, management, psychology, organizational development, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of personnel management principles, employee relations practices, and workforce administration processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in personnel documentation and records management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address employee concerns effectively. Familiarity with HR systems, workforce management tools, and personnel reporting processes is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and support decision-making. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset focused on employee engagement, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both employees and leadership teams.
