We are looking for seeking motivated individuals who are eager to start a rewarding career in the fitness with the most iconic brand in the industry.

As a Personal Trainer in Training , you will receive comprehensive support and guidance to develop into a skilled fitness professional.

At Gold's Gym, our advanced onboarding program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the fitness industry.

You will benefit from over 60 years of fitness expertise, allowing you to confidently assist our members in achieving their fitness goals.

  • Prepare for, complete, and successfully pass the initial Gold's Gym certification.
  • Complete the onboarding program and follow provided training protocols.
  • Shadow experienced trainers to learn effective training techniques.
  • Assist in member engagement and conduct fitness assessments.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve training skills and member interactions.
  • Obtain a nationally accredited personal trainer certification within 6 months of hire.
