The role
Full-time coach working across F45 Training Jumeirah Park and F45 Training Arjan in Dubai.
The role includes 80–90 classes per month and 5–10 hours of studio administration each week.
Coaching and studio duties
- Coach classes across both studios, adapting schedules to work at Jumeirah Park and Arjan.
- Coach correct form, progressions, and modifications, and give members attention in every class.
- Welcome trial guests and first-timers and help convert them into members.
- Support member retention, InBody check-ins, and F45 Challenge periods.
- Help create studio Instagram content and participate in studio events, partner events, and the Sunday Run Club.
What they are looking for
- Personal training or group coaching experience.
- Flexible and able to work across both studios; a supportive team player who cares about members.
- Confident communication with a class, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Willing to complete F45 Academy courses and continue learning.
- Nutrition coaching experience is a plus, not a must.
