Personal Trainer

Embody Fitness, the leading body transformation gym in Dubai, is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our dynamic team based at one of two prestigious locations in Dubai, at the iconic Lamborghini Building on Sheikh Zayed Road or in the vibrant ICD Brookfield Place within the Dubai International Financial Center.

Our unique approach ensures that you focus solely on coaching, as we require no sales efforts from our trainers.

Provide professional one-to-one coaching, with a focus on technique and progression

Develop strength training programs utilizing the company's systems and tools

Create and adjust nutrition plans tailored to client's goals, preferences, and lifestyle

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and regular progress evaluations with clients

Offer consistent support and motivation to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment

Actively guide clients towards achieving their body transformation goals

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule within the company's booking system

2+ years personal training experience

Degree in exercise science or related field

Personal Training certification (REPs Level 3 equivalent)

Sports nutrition certification (MNU or PN preferred)

CPR and First Aid certifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development

Excellent level of computer literacy for programming and admin-related tasks

Fluent and highly articulate in English (spoken and written)

Full time position

Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 8 PM

Saturday or Sunday: 7 AM to 2 PM

Minimum 30 PT sessions per week

This full-time position requires the flexibility to coach clients during our opening hours, which are from 6 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 2 PM on either Saturday or Sunday.

To reach and maintain the target of at least 30 personal training sessions per week, you must be available and prepared to conduct sessions within these specified times.

A basic salary will be provided during the first three months, followed by a competitive compensation structure combining base salary and commission.
