We are looking for a passionate and professional female Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our a ladies only club in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high-quality personal training, supporting members on the gym floor, and contributing to member engagement, retention, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist and engage members on the gym floor, ensuring correct exercise technique and safety Deliver high-class personal training sessions tailored to individual goals Build strong relationships to retain and grow personal training clients Conduct fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and progress tracking Design and review personalised training programmes based on results Deliver trial sessions, small group training classes, and fitness challenges Actively contribute to member retention and satisfaction Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times
