Role Overview
The employer is expanding its sales team and seeking experienced Sales Officers for Dubai Islamic Bank personal loans in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on banking sales, meeting targets, customer engagement, and incentive-based performance.
Responsibilities
- Promote Dubai Islamic Bank personal loan products in Abu Dhabi.
- Sell loan and credit card products and pursue cross-selling opportunities with Emirates NBD products.
- Meet sales targets and apply product, policy, and compliance protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- University graduation is mandatory.
- At least one year of banking sales experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Experience in loans or retail banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and closing skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven and self-motivated.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary is AED 4,000 to AED 8,000 per month, based on experience.
- Competitive incentives, employment visa, medical insurance, and annual paid leave are provided according to MoHRE rules.
Workplace
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires in-person work.
- Candidates must currently be based in Abu Dhabi.
