Personal Lines Service Agent

Salary Range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 annually.

• P&C Insurance License obtained in the first 90 days of hire with base salary increase of $2,500
• No insurance experience necessary
• 6 months training in the office and hybrid (Work from home 2 days per week) after successful training.
• Current property and casualty license in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage and products, familiarity with ISO Personal Lines Manual and specific coverage forms
• Knowledge of rate-making and proven ability to operate comparative rating software and navigate carrier sites to confirm pricing
• Exhibits excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and PC skills, proficiency in multi-tasking
