As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you are responsible for generating new personal lines clients through pre-qualifying prospects based on company guidelines, initiating client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role focuses on identifying client needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and providing clients with an exceptional initial first interaction with Drayden Insurance.

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent

Completion of General License Level 2, or willingness to obtain prior to employment or completion of General License Level 1 combined with industry experience

2 – 3 Years’ experience in personal lines insurance is required. A combination of previous insurance and sales experience will be considered.
