Summary
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is a key contributor to delivering high-impact, personalized fitness solutions using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology.
This role centers on conducting comprehensive client assessments, designing tailored training programs, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal results.
The trainer is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction while driving engagement, retention, and transformation outcomes.
With a strong focus on service excellence and evidence-based training, the role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall quality and reputation of the fitness service offering in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and health considerations
- Design and implement customized EMS-based training programs aligned with individual client needs
- Monitor client progress through regular performance evaluations and adjust programs accordingly
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols during all training sessions
- Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and support to enhance client engagement and adherence
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience
- Stay current with industry trends, EMS technology advancements, and best practices in fitness training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Valid Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in personal training, with demonstrated expertise in EMS-based training systems
- In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, functional training, and EMS technology applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
- Ability to adapt training programs based on client feedback, progress, and changing needs
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to safety, ethics, and client service
- Proficiency in English (required); Arabic language skills (preferred)
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
