Personal / Family Driver Duties & Responsibilities

Core Duties

* Drive family members safely and professionally to and from:

* Work

* School

* Meetings

* Medical appointments

* Social events

* Airport transfers

* Guest pickups and drop-offs

Vehicle Management

* Maintain all vehicles in clean, safe, and presentable condition at all times:

* Daily interior and exterior cleaning

* Fuel management and refueling

* Car wash coordination

* Routine servicing and maintenance scheduling

* Registration renewals

* Insurance and RTA-related coordination

* Monitor and report:

* Vehicle maintenance issues

* Fuel usage

* Traffic fines

* Accidents, damages, or repairs required

* Responsible for keeping all vehicle documents valid and available in the vehicle

* Proper care and respectful handling of luxury or premium vehicles

Household & Errand Support

* Run daily errands including:

* Grocery shopping

* Banking

* Parcel and document collection

* Dry cleaning

* Pharmacy pickups

* General deliveries

* Assist with household logistics:

* Luggage handling

* Shopping assistance

* Coordinating pickups and drop-offs

* Supporting household staff when required

Operational Responsibilities

* Plan efficient routes and manage schedules to avoid delays and traffic congestion

* Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and navigation applications

* GPS/navigation and WhatsApp communication skills required

* Remain flexible for evening, weekend, public holiday, and urgent transport requirements when needed

* Ability to travel between Emirates when required

* Driver may occasionally be required to wait for extended periods during meetings or events

* Ensure strict compliance with UAE traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times

* Mobile phone use while driving is strictly prohibited unless using a hands-free system

* Maintain emergency contact availability during working hours

* Assist with basic administrative or coordination tasks if requested

Professional Standards & Conduct

* Valid UAE driving licence required at all times

* Maintain a professional appearance at all times:

* Well dressed and groomed

* High standard of personal hygiene

* Clean and appropriate attire

* Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding:

* Family movements

* Residence details

* Business matters

* Personal information

* Guests and schedules

* Arabic and basic English communication preferred

* No smoking, alcohol consumption, or inappropriate behaviour during working hours

* Compliance with family security and safety procedures

* Respectful and professional conduct with family members, guests, and staff

Traffic & Vehicle Policy

* Driver is responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or violations caused by negligence, unsafe driving, or personal misconduct

* Immediate reporting of:

* Accidents

* Traffic fines

* Police matters

* Vehicle incidents or damages

* No unauthorized use of vehicles

* No carrying unauthorized passengers without prior approval

Working Conditions

* Working Hours:

* 12 hours per day

* 6 days per week

* 1 day off per week

* Visa:

* Driver to arrange and maintain own UAE visa and legal work status

* Public Holiday Work:

* Driver may be required to work on public holidays when necessary, with compensation or time in lieu as agreed

General Expectation

* The employee is expected to perform duties in a trustworthy, respectful, flexible, and professional manner consistent with a private family environment.

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED4,300.00 per hour
