  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Personal Development Manager to lead personal growth initiatives, design development programs, and support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee development strategies, facilitate learning opportunities, and create programs that enhance performance, well-being, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personal development strategies, programs, and learning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Design and manage personal growth, leadership development, well-being, and self-improvement programs
  • Conduct assessments to identify development needs and create personalized growth plans
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, and development activities
  • Support employees and participants in goal setting, performance improvement, and career development planning
  • Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and development outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, leadership teams, and external coaches to deliver impactful programs
  • Research industry trends and best practices in personal development, coaching, and behavioral growth
  • Maintain development resources, training materials, and program documentation
  • Prepare development reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in Coaching, Personal Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in personal development, coaching, learning and development, training, organizational development, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing development programs, coaching initiatives, or learning strategies preferred
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, behavioral development, and performance improvement practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with learning platforms, assessment tools, coaching frameworks, and development programs is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
