Personal Assistant to the Director (Chinese speaker )
About This Role
Yingde Construction LTD, a reputable construction company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to the Director (Chinese speaker ) for a full-time position.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory (Chinese language is a strict requirement).
- Ability to join immediately.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and translations in Chinese and English.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
