Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
The Personal Assistant will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and prepare briefing materials and presentations.
The role includes handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring effective communication between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders.
The Personal Assistant will also support the Chairman with follow-up on strategic initiatives, track action items, and provide administrative support for events, visits, and high-level engagements.
The position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft emails, reports, and presentations in clear, professional English.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address logistical and administrative needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally in engineering, construction, or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills relevant to the region are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural workplace.
