About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and business appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Prior experience in a fit-out or construction company is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
