We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Female Personal Assistant to Doctor to support daily administrative, coordination, and operational activities within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage doctor’s appointments, schedules, and daily coordination
- Handle patient communication and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Prepare and manage Excel sheets, data entries, and administrative reports
- Coordinate with clinics, laboratories, hospitals, and external stakeholders when required
- Assist with email correspondence, filing, and office administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and operational support
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare, clinical, laboratory, or hospital experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with a medical or healthcare educational background are encouraged to apply
- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential
