- Manage and oversee all social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with the company's branding and marketing strategy.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize performance.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Represent the CEO by pitching their profile to potential business partners and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and brands.
- Approach and secure paid collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in expanding business opportunities and brand presence.
- Responsible for capturing high-quality behind-the-scenes (BTS) content using an iPhone and editing.
- Personal Assistant to CEO
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as documentation and bookkeeping.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, events, and meetings.
- Run errands and provide on-ground support when required.
- Travel coordination including bookings, itineraries, and scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs for the CEO.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,500 + Commission
- Commission: Based on business generated, brand collaborations, and partnerships secured.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
