Personal Assistant to the CEO (Mandarin speaker)
About The Role
YIGO Development is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the CEO.
This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and business itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Liaise with clients, investors, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
- Run business-related errands and provide administrative support.
- Drive the CEO to meetings, project sites, and appointments when required.
- Follow up on action items and assist with project coordination.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate development, construction, or property management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
