Role Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our law firm and assist with administrative and client communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct client inquiries professionally
  • Handle WhatsApp communication and respond to client messages promptly
  • Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
  • Support daily administrative and office tasks
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and follow-ups
  • Assist in coordinating client communications and office operations
  • Provide general support to the legal team as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office
  • Previous administrative or legal office experience is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar office support role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional, presentable, and client-service oriented
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Email, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, document handling)
  • Ability to manage phone calls, appointments, and correspondence efficiently
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work the required split-shift schedule
  • Prior experience in a law firm or client-facing role is a plus
