Role overview
Oversee day-to-day operations of a private family residence in Dubai, providing family support and managing household activities, staff, schedules, and personal arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee household operations and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
- Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and drivers as applicable.
- Coordinate family schedules, appointments, errands, shopping, and travel arrangements.
- Manage household supplies, inventories, maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
- Coordinate guest arrangements, family gatherings, and special occasions.
- Monitor expenses, invoices, receipts, and routine payments, subject to approval.
- Ensure household tasks meet the family’s expectations and maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in private household management, personal assistance, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience supervising household staff and coordinating household operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills; trustworthy, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills, including email, calendars, and spreadsheets; flexibility for occasional schedule changes.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
