Whizz HR is hiring a

Personal Assistant

for a reputed company in Dubai.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide day-to-day support to senior management.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and professional correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
  • Maintain documents, records, reports, and confidential files.
  • Assist with office administration and daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 1 year of experience
  • as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
