About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the CFO, ensuring the smooth management of schedules, meetings, communications, and key business priorities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting finance-related processes, governance activities, team coordination, and internal communications while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO.
- Manage the CFO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and tracking action items.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, visas, and related logistics.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CFO as required.
- Follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and finance-related processes to ensure timely completion.
- Support the coordination of finance team meetings and leadership meetings.
- Assist with governance activities, including meeting documentation and administrative coordination.
- Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualification / Skills Required
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative support role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English. French is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
