Role Description
This is a part-time Personal Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Personal Assistant will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and support diary management for assigned leaders or teams.
Responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing travel and logistics, preparing basic documents, and maintaining records with accuracy.
The role also involves general clerical support, such as filing, data entry, and follow-up on routine tasks, while ensuring clear and timely communication with internal and external contacts.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including task prioritization and support for daily operational needs.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as managing meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential information.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Diary Management expertise to maintain schedules, appointments, and reminders accurately and proactively.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office systems use.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organization and time-management, proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets), and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administrative or personal assistant roles and familiarity with UAE work environments are advantageous.
