Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Dubai.
The Personal Assistant will support senior team members with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments.
The role involves organizing and maintaining files and records, handling correspondence, and preparing basic reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
The Personal Assistant will act as a key communication point, screening and routing calls and messages, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
The position also includes general office support such as arranging meeting logistics, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to help the agency run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior professionals and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Effective Diary Management capabilities to schedule, coordinate, and adjust meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic reporting in office software tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, operate in a fast-paced creative environment, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred; relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
