Overview
We are a London-based investment company operating across property, healthcare, and tech/media.
We are seeking an intelligent and reliable office administrator to join our team.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone wanting hands-on experience, particularly within the property and accommodation industry.
The role is based within one building in Downtown Dubai, split between managing day-to-day operations and marketing/showing units to potential tenants.
A day in the life would involve managing listings, responding to tenant enquiries, showing units, coordinating cleaners and maintenance, handling bookings, and keeping everything organised so the building runs smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Must be able to speak Persian (Farsi)
- A problem solver, not a task waiter
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Takes ownership and keeps things under control
- There is strong potential to earn significant commission on top of the base salary.

- Employment Type: Full-time, but flexible depending on individual circumstances
- Compensation: Basic salary 5,000 AED + commission
