• *Minimum of 5 years' experience as a perfumer especially in Fine fragrances*
• *High motivation and will to succeed.*
• *Identification with the company and the local markets.*
• *High level of written and spoken English.*
• *Communication level Arabic will be an asset.*
• *Knowledge of analytical techniques (chromatography)*
• *Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.*
• *Knowledge of traditional Middle Eastern perfumery, including Bakhour creation, is desirable.*

***What You’ll Be Doing:***

• *Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
• Develop high-quality fragrances, drive industry innovation, support junior team members' growth will be the main parts of the job.*
• *Developing new creations for all Middle East markets, working with the team in Dubai and Spain.*
• *Visit to clients and present / explain the creations.*
• *Prepare and support olfactory workshops for clients.*
• *Work closely with the creative centre at HQ.*
• *Research and experiment with ingredients, raw materials and advanced perfumery techniques, always striving for excellence in the creative process.*
• *Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing departments to understand market needs and contribute to the design of fragrance launch strategies.*
