Role purpose

Areas of responsibility

• Gather and document module requirements, business-process linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
• Facilitate module solution design under project manager guidance and align it with business requirements and technical standards.
• Review code, resolve technical queries, and create replication patterns that meet project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers throughout the software development life cycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis and modify code to resolve errors, adapt to changes, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Validate configurations, facilitate application integration and deployment, and address dependencies.
• Prepare user training documents and frameworks to support adoption and minimize transition risks.
