Key responsibilities

• Design and implement load, stress, endurance, and spike testing strategies.
• Develop complex performance scripts and realistic workload scenarios.
• Analyze system architecture for performance risks and optimization opportunities.
• Lead performance testing to support system scalability and stability.
• Plan and execute baseline and trend tests, coordinating test windows and monitoring access.
• Analyze findings and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on bottlenecks, thresholds, and recommendations.

• Maintain test documentation and runbooks, including execution steps, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding notes.
• Contribute to non-functional testing, including initial k6/Gatling scripts under guidance.
• Improve automation suite health through refactoring, better assertions, and more efficient execution.
• Support sprint demos and provide visibility into automation progress, results, and coverage.
• Mentor team members and work with stakeholders to define SLAs and performance benchmarks.
