Key responsibilities

• Design and implement load, stress, endurance, and spike testing strategies; develop complex scripts and realistic workload scenarios.
• Analyze system architecture for performance risks and optimization areas; lead testing to ensure scalability and stability.
• Plan and execute baseline and trend tests in approved environments, coordinating test windows and monitoring access.
• Analyze results and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on bottlenecks, thresholds, and recommendations.
• Review and maintain performance scripts, reports, test documentation, and runbooks.
• Contribute to non-functional testing, including initial k6 or Gatling scripts under guidance.
• Improve automation-suite health through refactoring, better assertions, reduced duplication, and faster execution.
• Support sprint demos; communicate automation progress, results, and coverage; mentor colleagues and help define SLAs and benchmarks.
