Role overview

Mandatory skills

• Mandatory: JMeter, concurrency testing, web analytics testing, and LoadRunner.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement load, stress, endurance, and spike testing strategies; develop complex scripts and realistic workload scenarios.
• Analyze architecture, performance risks, test results, bottlenecks, thresholds, and optimization recommendations.
• Lead testing to ensure scalability and stability; plan baseline and trend tests and coordinate approved test windows and monitoring access.
• Maintain scripts, reports, documentation, and runbooks; improve automation through refactoring, better assertions, and faster execution.
• Build or maintain initial k6 or Gatling scripts under guidance as needed; support sprint demos and report progress, results, and coverage.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to define SLAs and performance benchmarks.
