Role overview

What you will do

• Improve reporting across the Fulfilment operation and analyse warehouse, operational and financial data.
• Support prospective client pricing by modelling volumes, productivity, costs and profitability.
• Build commercial models and explain cost-per-unit assumptions.
• Monitor cost-per-unit performance with Operations and Finance, investigate variances and identify ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Build dashboards and reports on productivity, service-level agreements, costs, margin and client performance.
• Analyse warehouse productivity, capacity, client profitability and operational performance.
• Support forecasting and modelling from historical fulfilment data.
• Work across Sales, Operations and Finance to understand requirements and deliver useful insight.

Beneficial experience

• A degree or relevant background in data analytics, computer science, business analytics, mathematics or a related discipline is beneficial.
• Previous analytical experience is advantageous, but early-career applicants with suitable skills and potential are also encouraged.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous; Power BI and Databricks experience or exposure is beneficial.
