Generate qualified property enquiries and improve digital campaign performance for property projects and launches.
Use AI tools in day-to-day campaign testing, analysis, and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; develop audience, keyword, and retargeting strategies for buyers and investors.
- Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, and creative performance; test and refine campaigns to improve qualified-lead costs and conversion rates.
- Use lead quality and sales feedback alongside platform metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate landing-page improvements, conversion tracking, and CRM lead capture; ensure enquiries reach sales with information needed for timely follow-up.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI for ad copy, creative variations, and test ideas; review outputs for accuracy and campaign relevance.
- Report campaign spend, qualified leads, and outcomes; work with sales and creative teams to improve messaging and lead handling.
Experience and skills
- Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Able to interpret campaign data, run structured tests, and explain how optimization improves lead quality.
- Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, landing pages, and CRM lead workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for copywriting, creative testing, analysis, or campaign productivity.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills; able to coordinate across marketing and sales.
- Real estate marketing experience and familiarity with the UAE property market are preferred.
