Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team and help drive outstanding results for our clients across the Saudi market.
What You'Ll Do
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while working closely with our creative, production, and account management teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs.
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to improve ad performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of performance metrics including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- CPM
- CAC
- Experience working with Saudi businesses or the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional English proficiency.
