Role Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including content, social media and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across All the platforms
- Leverage AI tools for content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, and predictive analytics
- Analyze and report campaign performance using platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and AI-powered analytics tools
- Collaborate with content teams to create marketing assets (ad copy, emails, etc.), occasionally using AI writing assistants
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, especially advancements in AI/ML applications for marketing
- Come up with experiments and initiatives to grow the revenue in the digital ecosystem
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrable success across major channel
- Experience using AI-based tools for marketing purposes (examples: Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Midjourney for creatives, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEM, social media advertising, shopify and magent
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, or other marketing analytics dashboard
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messaging with or without AI assistance.
