Performance Marketing Specialist

Overview

• We're hiring a Performance Marketer: someone who is genuinely good at turning ad spend into customers
• soloSei | Remote, global | Contract Full Time | Open to mid-to-senior performance marketers
• Most "performance marketing" job ads are looking for someone to manage a campaign that already exists.
• This one isn't.
• We're building soloSei's entire paid acquisition engine from zero, and we need the person who builds it to actually know how.
• We don’t want someone who's tweaked budgets on an account someone else set up.
• We need someone who has experience initiating a digital B2C customer acquisition strategy, from setting up ads managers, building the audience, the funnel, the tracking and the tests, and with a track record of success.

• The job, honestly
• You'll design and launch tightly targeted, niche paid campaigns (not broad-reach spray and pray)
• You'll build proper conversion tracking and attribution from day one
• You'll run real A/B tests and interpret the results honestly to optimise ad spend
• You'll own Customer Acquisition Cost as your north star metric, alongside lead conversion rates
• You decide what content the strategy needs, then advise on the most appropriate content creation options
• If you have experience creating high-converting content, that’s a plus but not a requirement

• Someone who's only ever optimised existing campaigns
• Someone who needs a playbook handed to them. We don't have one yet, that's the job
• Someone who confuses busy dashboards with actual results
