Role overview

Paid advertising and growth

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaigns for vehicle sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
• Manage advertising budgets with a focus on returns and business outcomes.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies and test new acquisition channels.

Lead generation and analytics

• Generate sales-ready leads for retail customers, dealers, wholesale buyers, and international export clients.
• Work with Sales to improve lead quality, response processes, and conversion performance.
• Build acquisition funnels from initial enquiry to sales opportunity and expand reach in UAE and international markets.
• Track KPIs including CPL, cost per qualified lead, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Maintain conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and CRM integrations.
• Build dashboards, report to management, and recommend improvements supported by data and commercial insight.

Strategy and improvement

• Develop a performance-driven digital strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Optimize landing pages, enquiry forms, WhatsApp journeys, and lead-generation funnels.
• Coordinate with internal website, CRM, and technical teams on automation and lead tracking.
• Improve vehicle listings, advertising creatives, content effectiveness, customer engagement, and inventory visibility.
• Introduce marketing ideas, technologies, and growth opportunities; take ownership of performance and continuous improvement.

Essential requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, digital customer acquisition, or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.
• Experience with marketing data, budgets, performance reporting, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Understanding of CRM systems, lead management, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to manage campaigns independently and own results.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Automotive dealership, vehicle marketplace, automotive trading, or similar high-value product industry experience.
• Familiarity with UAE and GCC consumer markets.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Odoo, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, landing-page optimization, and digital growth strategies.
• Experience targeting B2B customers, dealers, or international markets.
• Relevant marketing, business, analytics, or digital advertising qualifications or certifications; practical expertise and results are valued over academic qualifications alone.
