Overview
Own and drive end-to-end digital growth across Shoemarts e-commerce ecosystem, with full accountability for GMV, NPBT, and margins, along with traffic acquisition, performance marketing, and scaling the D2C platform.
The role will manage digital marketing spends, optimize the end-to-end funnel (traffic, conversion, AOV), and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring strong control on discounting and profitability.
1. Digital Growth & Acquisition (Primary)
- Own GMV, NPBT, margin, and end-to-end funnel (traffic, conversion, AOV) with strong control on discounting and profitability.
- Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, IG) and other social media marketing.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize for ROAS, CAC, and conversion
- Drive high-impact campaigns aligned to trading calendar
2. D2C Business Scaling
- Support launch and scale-up of SMXStores.com
- Blend brand and performance marketing to deliver scalable growth in a high-SKU, fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Improve website conversion, UX journey, and engagement
- Drive repeat purchase and retention through lifecycle campaigns
3. Marketplace Growth (Secondary)
- Support growth across Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Shein etc.
- Optimize listings, visibility, promotions, and campaign participation
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to unlock growth opportunities
4. CRM & Retention
- Leverage GA4 for attribution, funnel insights, and continuous CRM-led optimization across channels.
- Drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Build segmentation, retention programs, and automated journeys
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance across traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Run A/B testing across campaigns and website experience
- Translate insights into revenue-driving actions
