Lead performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta and TikTokManage and challenge external performance marketing agenciesAnalyse campaign data and provide optimisation recommendationsOwn media performance reporting and insight generationOversee budget allocation across awareness and conversion campaignsBrief and collaborate with internal creative and design resourcesSupport performance activity across multiple brands and budgetsEnsure channel performance aligns with commercial and brand goals

4-6 years' experience in performance or digital marketingStrong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimisationProven experience managing external agenciesData-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilityExperience working with both large-scale and growth-stage brandsCreative, confident, and able to challenge agency thinkingOmnichannel experience (e-commerce and retail exposure preferred)
