Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display, and remarketing, with a focus on qualified lead generation and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities

include managing media budgets, setting and tracking KPIs, building and monitoring campaigns, and continuously testing creatives, audiences, and funnels.

The role involves close collaboration with sales, branding, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure a consistent brand message.

The Performance Marketing Manager will analyze performance data, generate reports and insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong performance marketing experience across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting with a focus on lead generation and ROAS optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, CRM/marketing automation platforms).
  • Ability to plan and manage multi-channel media budgets, forecast performance, and set measurable KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and improving conversion rates.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking, pixels, and data integrity, including UTM structures and basic event setup.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, content, design, and leadership teams.
  • Self-directed, data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property investment, or high-ticket B2C/B2B services is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
