Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and flexibility to work from home.
You will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and maximize return on ad spend.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns, monitoring budgets, and adjusting bids and targeting to meet performance goals.
You will analyze campaign data, build dashboards and reports, and present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams will be essential to refine messaging, test landing pages, and improve conversion funnels.
You will also stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements within the financial services and mortgage sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display or retargeting campaigns.
- Data and analytics skills, such as using Google Analytics or similar tools, building reports and dashboards, and interpreting data to optimize campaigns and conversion funnels.
- Competence in campaign planning and optimization, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, budget allocation, and bid strategy management.
- Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain performance insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple campaigns concurrently, and meet deadlines in a regulated industry.
- Prior experience in financial services, lending, or other regulated sectors is highly beneficial; familiarity with compliance and advertising standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Comfort working with CRM or marketing automation platforms and an interest in testing new tools and channels to improve performance.
