Performance Marketing Manager

Role overview

Campaign strategy and delivery

• Develops performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI/ROAS goals.
• Manages prospecting and remarketing across Google Ads, YouTube, and social media, optimizing customer acquisition cost.
• Oversees group Google Ads accounts, budgets, campaign targeting, and performance against business objectives.
• Collaborates with content and SEO teams to convert organic traffic into leads.
• Uses Salesforce and account-based marketing tools to integrate marketing with the sales pipeline.
• Tests new digital channels and coordinates external agencies to achieve campaign KPIs.
• Leads social advertising to drive user adoption and brand growth.

Measurement and optimization

• Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance, channel efficiency, and marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and other tools.
• Provides data-driven campaign and conversion-funnel recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manages email, remarketing, and nurturing campaigns, landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, focused on marketing technology management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot or similar platforms, Typeform, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong expertise in multi-channel strategy, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
