OneRoot seeks a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Intern to support brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
The intern supports paid and organic strategies for agricultural products, agri-inputs, spices, and farmer-focused initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.
- Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition for company products and services.
- Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams on campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
- Promote farmer awareness programs and agricultural initiatives through targeted campaigns.
- Track CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.
- Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategies.
- Experience with marketing tools and automation platforms is an added advantage.
