Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

Growth & Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve online revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Continuously improve ROAS, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and overall marketing performance.
• Monitor website, campaign, and sales performance using data and analytics, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
• Lead SEO, email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and customer retention initiatives.

E-Commerce

• Spearhead the company's e-commerce strategy and drive sustainable online sales growth.
• Optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase through continuous testing and conversion optimization.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve user experience, product merchandising, promotions, and online customer engagement.

Brand, Social Media & Marketing

• Lead the overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand growth and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, photographers, influencers, and creative partners when required.

Marketing Leadership

• Build and establish the marketing department, including processes, KPIs, reporting, and best practices.
• Identify future team requirements and help recruit and mentor marketing talent as the business grows.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of generating measurable online revenue and business growth.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the food processing, food manufacturing, FMCG, fresh produce, food service, or retail industries.
• Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce businesses and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Experience building or leading a marketing department is highly desirable.
