Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in biddable media across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, and other programmatic media exchanges.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns, driving performance improvements, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Campaign Management:**
- Plan, execute, and optimize biddable media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, and programmatic media exchanges.
- **Performance Optimization:**
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions that enhance ROI and meet client objectives.
- **Audience Targeting:**
- Develop and implement advanced targeting strategies to reach the right audience segments and maximize engagement.
- **Budget Management:**
- Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal spend and performance.
- **A/B Testing:**
- Design and execute A/B tests on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
- **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align campaign goals with client expectations.
- **Industry Trends:**
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and biddable media to ensure Platformance.io remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on biddable media.
- **Platforms:**
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, and programmatic media exchanges.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant software.
- **Analytical Mindset:**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- **Adaptability:**
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Language**
