Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms .
  • Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions , and overall campaign performance.
  • Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing .
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization is preferred.
