Lokal App is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing.

The role covers running ads, creating content ideas, tracking performance, and optimizing results.

The position carries high ownership for outcomes, with training and guidance provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Study the audience, market, and competition for each assigned app.
  • Write ads intended to drive downloads and first purchases.
  • Choose and write the angle, hook, format, and script for each creative.
  • Brief designers and video editors and follow through on output quality.
  • Ship 80–100 creative variants per week across campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests, interpret results, and decide what to test next.
  • Track market-specific performance and make creative native to each audience.

Must-have requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing content or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English; regional-language capability is preferred.
  • Understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPI, and CTR.
  • Experience working with creative and video teams.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
