Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Account Manager located in Dubai.
The role involves creating, analyzing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various online platforms to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing advertising budgets, developing reports, identifying areas for campaign improvement, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive results.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and relationship building for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales to clearly convey ideas and secure new opportunities.
- Experience in Project Management to manage campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently.
- Proven capabilities in Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
- Data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong skills with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
