About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
You'll own performance marketing end-to-end for cocobites.ae — running paid acquisition across multiple platforms and building the retention engine that turns first-time buyers into repeat customers.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who's scaled real ecommerce brands and can prove it with numbers.
What You'Ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Own the full funnel — from acquisition through retention and retargeting — to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Build and manage email and WhatsApp marketing flows to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value
- Own the ad content plan: direct shoots, creative concepts, and AI-generated content, bringing in freelancers or a small team as needed
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store (cocobites.ae) for conversion
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and act on the results
- Build reporting dashboards and report against agreed KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate) with clear, honest numbers
- Collaborate closely with design, ecommerce, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
- What you need
- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with measurable results scaling ecommerce brands across multiple platforms
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
- Strong Shopify experience
- Proven ability to build retention/retargeting funnels, including email and WhatsApp
- Experience creating or directing ad content (shoots + AI tools)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using GA4, attribution tools, and dashboards
- Must be able to share real results from real campaigns — numbers, not just strategy talk
- Currently based in the UAE, with regional market experience
- FMCG/CPG background strongly preferred; food or snacks industry experience a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
