Performance Manager

Engineering experience in large manufacturing, production or FMCG environment or similar

Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence experience

Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills. If you are proficient with Excel that would be great!

Strong attention to detail.

Inspirational leader able to share success and drive a culture of development and positivity

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

Responsible for managing your team’s KPI’s, lead your team to success and be accountable for H&S and performance

Develops a strategy for the next three years to meet targets set by the Site’s Roadmap.

Implementation of the medium-term plans for the area, applying for Capex for projects

improvements

Drives and ensures completion of the WCM activities as identified for the Performance Team in the Single Agenda.

Uses data to analyse and forecast, ensuring that maintenance plan/activities are adjusted as required and that time is used effectively.
