Performance Manager – AutoData

AutoData is looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Performance Manager.
In this role, you will work closely with dealerships across the GCC, helping them improve aftersales performance, customer retention, operational efficiency, and overall business results through our DealRevs platform.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of automotive experience
- Current or previous experience as a Service Manager, Dealer Development Manager, or a high-performing Service Advisor who has progressed through the dealership ladder
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and KPIs
- Experience working directly with customers and dealership leadership teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across the GCC
