Performance Testing Scope

Responsible for testing application performance to identify, analyze, and help resolve performance issues across the solution.

Core Skills & Tools

• Performance testing tools: LoadRunner, Gatling (only; no additional tools expected)
• UI performance testing , including end‑user experience and rendering performance

Observability & Diagnostics

• Experience with AppDynamics and Splunk for diagnostics and observability
• Ability to support the analysis phase and collaborate with teams to help resolve identified issues

Good to have

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Scripting knowledge
• Understanding of cloud architecture and design principles
• Cloud exposure: AWS (primary) and Azure (limited exposure)

Current Environment

Current Team / Environment Overview

• Currently, there is one Performance Engineer supporting 35+ existing/provisioned applications, covering a landscape of 1,000+ applications that are grouped and managed in batches.
• The environment follows a Scaled Agile model, operating through an Agile Release Train (ART) with multiple development teams. A single Performance Engineer currently supports performance needs across these teams.
• The infrastructure is predominantly on‑premises, with a significant and growing footprint on the AWS cloud platform.
